To attach your charms, simply push them into the hole you've chosen on the bag. If you need to remove them or your re decorating your bag , we recommend using your thumb to push the white button from inside the bag, allowing the charm to pop out. Be sure to have your hand ready to catch it.

Just a quick tip: To keep your charms in top condition, gently push them out from inside the bag rather than pulling them out.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please retain receipt as proof of purchase.

Receipt is required for all exchanges and returns with no exceptions.
