Step 1: Hold one of the Float Haven straps near Float Haven button steady. You’ll only need to twist the opposite strap to straighten them out. The straps will only untwist in one direction, so if it doesn’t work at first, try holding the other button and twisting the strap in the opposite direction.

Oh no! While it’s rare for a Breeze Bag to lose its shape, it can happen if it’s
been overpacked or something has been pressing against it for an extended period. This can sometimes cause the sides to stretch, leaving them less square than before.

To help restore its shape and those nice, square sides, try the following:

Warm Water Soak: Soak your Breeze Bag in warm water for a while, then remove it and dry thoroughly. Place some heavy books or items inside the bag to help reshape it. Be sure to lay the bag on its side during this process.

Leave in the Sun or Warm Bath: Place your Breeze Bag in the sun for a little while or soak it in a warm bath. Once warmed, take the bag and place it between a cupboard or another firm space where the sides are supported but not tight. This will help bring the sides back to their original square shape.

Gentle Heat Application: Use a hair dryer on a low setting to gently
warm the bag. Afterward, add some heavy books or items inside and lay the bag on its side to reshape

maintain its structure and shape, keep it cool and avoid exposing it to
scorching temperatures for long periods.

Mind the Weight: Although your EVA Breeze Bag is
durable, it’s best to give it a break from heavy lifting. Avoid overloading it
with heavy items to preserve its perfect shape.

Avoid Stains: Sunscreens and lotions can stain or
discolour your bag. Store them in the included insert or a plastic bag. If
spills occur, blot with a clean cloth, then gently clean with mild soap and
water. Allow to air dry.
